Neva ("uygulama"), kendi M3U, Xtream ya da Stalker (portal) listelerinizi oynatmanızı sağlayan bir oynatıcıdır. İçerik, kanal ya da abonelik sağlamaz, satmaz ve barındırmaz.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Neva'yı hesap açmadan kullanırsanız hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamıyor, sunucularımıza göndermiyor ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmıyoruz. Hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır: Android'de Google ile giriş yaparsanız yalnızca 1a bölümündeki hesap bilgileri saklanır. Reklam ya da izleme aracımız yoktur; Android'de yalnızca izin verirseniz anonim kullanım sayaçları gönderilir (1c).

1a. Neva hesabı (isteğe bağlı, Google ile giriş)

Android telefon ve tabletlerde "Google ile oturum aç" seçeneği vardır; kullanmak zorunlu değildir, uygulamanın tüm özellikleri hesapsız da çalışır. Giriş yaparsanız:

• Hangi veriler: Google'ın bize bildirdiği e-posta adresiniz ve adınız, size verilen hesap kimliği (rastgele bir numara), hesabın oluşturulma ve son giriş tarihi.
• Neden: yalnızca sizi tanımak ve hesabınızı yönetmek için (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası). Bunları reklam, analiz ya da profil çıkarma için kullanmıyoruz.
• Nerede: Google'ın Firebase Authentication hizmetinde (Google LLC / Google Ireland). Sunucular Türkiye dışında olabilir; bu, verinin yurt dışına aktarılması anlamına gelir. Giriş sırasında Google, IP adresinizi ve cihaz bilgisini kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler.
• Gönderilmeyenler: listeleriniz, liste adresleri, kullanıcı adı ve şifreler, favorileriniz, izleme geçmişiniz ve kaldığınız yer hesaba gönderilmez; cihazınızda kalır.
• Ne kadar süre: hesabınızı silene kadar. Hesabım > Hesabı sil ile hesabınızı istediğiniz an kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; uygulamaya ulaşamıyorsanız privacy@nevaplayer.com adresine giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden yazmanız yeterlidir, en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Oturumu kapatmak hesabı silmez.

1c. Anonim kullanım istatistiği (isteğe bağlı, yalnız Android)

Uygulama bir kez sorar; varsayılan kapalıdır. İzin verirseniz:

• Ne gider: haftada hangi özelliğin kaç kez kullanıldığı (uygulama açılışı; canlı yayın, film ya da dizi oynatma; yayın rehberi; arama; çoklu ekran; küçük pencere), uygulama sürümü, cihaz türü (telefon/tablet ya da TV) ve uygulama dili.
• Ne gitmez: kanal, film, dizi ya da liste adları, adresler, hesap bilgileri, konum, reklam kimliği.
• Nasıl: cihazda üretilen rastgele bir kurulum numarasıyla, hesabınıza bağlanmadan; günde en fazla bir kez Google Firebase Firestore'a (Avrupa bölgesi). Bu kayıtları kimse uygulama üzerinden okuyamaz; yalnız toplu sayıları geliştirme kararları için inceleriz. Gönderim sırasında Google IP adresinizi görür.
• Ne kadar süre / nasıl durur: Ayarlar > Kullanım istatistiği'nden istediğiniz an kapatabilirsiniz; kapatınca bu kurulumun gönderdiği sayaçlar silinir ve kurulum numarası unutulur.

1b. Bulut eşitleme (isteğe bağlı, uçtan uca şifreli)

Neva hesabınız varsa Hesabım'dan bulut eşitlemeyi açabilirsiniz; açmazsanız hiçbir liste verisi buluta gitmez.

• Ne eşitlenir: adresten eklenen oynatma listeleri (adres, kullanıcı adı, şifre dahil), favoriler ve klasörleri, izleme geçmişi, kaldığınız yer, izlendi işaretleri, gizlenen kategoriler ve listelere özel ayarlar (kanal adları, sıra, rehber eşlemesi). Dosyadan eklenen listeler, PIN, tema ve oynatıcı ayarları eşitlenmez. Yalnızca ilk profilin verisi eşitlenir.
• Nasıl korunur: bu veriler cihazınızda, sizin belirlediğiniz eşitleme parolasından türetilen anahtarla (PBKDF2 + AES-256-GCM) şifrelenir ve Google Firebase Firestore'da (Avrupa bölgesi) tek bir şifreli kopya olarak saklanır. Parola ve anahtar bize ya da Google'a gönderilmez; içeriği biz de Google da okuyamayız. Sunucu yalnızca kopyanın büyüklüğünü ve ne zaman güncellendiğini görür.
• Ne kadar süre: eşitlemeyi sıfırlayana ya da hesabınızı silene kadar. Parolayı unutursanız kopya kurtarılamaz, yalnızca sıfırlanabilir (cihazlarınızdaki veriler kalır). Hesabı silmek kopyayı da siler.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca sizin cihazınızda tutulur; bize ulaşmaz:

• Eklediğiniz listeler (M3U adresi, Xtream sunucu adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre; Stalker portalında portal adresi ve cihaz/MAC adresi) ve isteğe bağlı olarak girdiğiniz yayın rehberi (EPG) adresi. Şifreler ve listeler cihazın güvenli deposunda şifrelenerek saklanır (Windows: DPAPI, Android: Keystore).
• Favoriler, izleme geçmişi, kaldığınız yer, ebeveyn kilidi PIN'i, ayarlar. Birden çok profil kullanıyorsanız favoriler, geçmiş ve kaldığınız yer her profil için ayrı tutulur; bir profil silinince onun kayıtları da silinir.
• Liste ve görsel önbelleği (hızlı açılış için; liste önbelleğinde şifreler bulunmaz).
• Hata günlüğü (neva_errors.log): hata türü, kısa ve arındırılmış bir hata açıklaması ve kod konumu. Adresler, kullanıcı adı/şifre gibi ad=değer parçaları, alan adları, IP ve MAC adresleri yazılmadan önce gizlenir. Cihazdan çıkmaz.
• Canlı yayını duraklattığınızda yayının duraklatılan kısmı cihazın geçici klasöründe tutulur (en fazla ~1 GB); kanal değişince ya da oynatıcı kapanınca silinir.

Android'de bu veriler bulut yedeğine ve telefondan telefona aktarıma dahil edilmez.

3. Uygulamanın bağlandığı sunucular

Uygulama yalnızca sizin eklediğiniz listenin sunucularına bağlanır: liste dosyası, Xtream hesap/katalog bilgileri, yayınlar, yayın rehberi (EPG) ve kanal logoları; film vitrininde gösterilen afiş, sahne görseli ve özet de sağlayıcının kendi bilgi servisinden alınır. Bu sunucular IP adresinizi ve uygulamanın tarayıcı kimliğini (User-Agent) görebilir; bu, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibidir. Bu sunucuların gizlilik uygulamalarından ilgili hizmet sağlayıcı sorumludur. Bazı sağlayıcılar şifresiz (http) bağlantı kullanır; bu bağlantılarda aktarılan veriler ağda şifrelenmez. Stalker portalı eklediyseniz, portalın sizi tanıması için girdiğiniz cihaz (MAC) adresi yalnızca o portala gönderilir.

Lisans denetimi: Microsoft Store sürümünde deneme ve satın alma durumu Microsoft Store'un kendi hizmetinden, Google Play sürümünde (Android TV Premium) Google Play'in kendi hizmetinden sorgulanır. Bu sorgu mağaza hesabınız üzerinden mağazanın kendisiyle yapılır; bize bir bilgi ulaşmaz. Satın alma işlemini ilgili mağaza yürütür ve kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Film ve dizi bilgisi (Wikidata): Bir film ya da dizinin ayrıntı penceresini açtığınızda, sağlayıcının vermediği bilgileri (oyuncular, yönetmen, eleştirmen puanları, IMDb bağlantısı) tamamlamak için yalnızca içeriğin adı ya da sağlayıcının verdiği film numarası, Wikimedia Vakfı'nın açık veritabanı Wikidata'ya (wikidata.org) sorulur; sağlayıcı konu vermediyse filmin Vikipedi özeti (tr/en.wikipedia.org) alınır. Hesap bilgileriniz, liste adresiniz ve izleme geçmişiniz gönderilmez. Wikidata, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresinizi görebilir. Sonuçlar cihazınızda saklanır, aynı içerik için tekrar sorulmaz. Pencerede bir oyuncuya ya da yönetmene dokunursanız, yalnızca o kişinin adı ya da Wikidata numarası sorulur; profili için kişinin Vikipedi özeti (tr.wikipedia.org / en.wikipedia.org) ve Wikimedia Commons'taki fotoğrafı (commons.wikimedia.org, upload.wikimedia.org, thumb.wikimedia.org) da alınır. Kişinin yapımlarıyla listenizin eşleştirilmesi tamamen cihazınızda yapılır, listenizin içeriği gönderilmez. Bu özelliği Ayarlar > Film ve dizi bilgisi bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

Fragman ya da IMDb sayfasını açmayı siz seçerseniz ilgili site (YouTube, IMDb) cihazınızın uygulamasında ya da tarayıcısında açılır.

Google ile giriş yaparsanız ya da hesabınızı silerseniz uygulama ayrıca Google'ın giriş ve Firebase Authentication sunucularına, bulut eşitlemeyi açtıysanız Firebase Firestore'a bağlanır (1a, 1b). Uygulama bunların dışında hiçbir sunucuya (reklam, analiz, bizim sunucumuz) bağlanmaz.

4. Sizin başlattığınız paylaşımlar

• Sorun Bildir: Uygulama bir rapor metni hazırlayıp panoya kopyalar; ne zaman ve kime göndereceğinize siz karar verirsiniz. Rapor isteğe bağlı olarak uygulama sürümünü, işletim sistemini ve son hata kayıtlarını (adresler gizlenmiş) içerir; liste adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre asla eklenmez. Uygulama bir hata kaydettiyse bir sonraki açılışta bildirmek isteyip istemediğinizi sorar; bildirmeseniz de hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
• Telefonla doldur (QR): TV'de ya da bilgisayarda liste eklerken ekrandaki QR kodu telefonla okutursanız, liste bilgisi aynı Wi-Fi ağındaki telefonunuzdan doğrudan bu cihaza (internete çıkmadan) gönderilir. Bağlantı, QR'daki tek kullanımlık rastgele anahtarla korunur; ağ içinde şifresiz (http) aktarılır. Bu yüzden yalnızca güvendiğiniz ağda kullanın.
• TV'ye aktar: Telefonda izlediğiniz içeriğin kimliği, adı ve kaldığı saniye aynı Wi-Fi'deki TV'nize gönderilir; liste adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre gönderilmez. TV, içeriği kendi kayıtlı listesinde bulur ve açmadan önce sorar. TV uygulaması açıkken bu istekleri yerel ağda dinler.
• Yedekleme: Listelerinizin ve favorilerinizin, belirlediğiniz parolayla şifrelenmiş bir yedeğini panoya kopyalar. Parola bizde yoktur.

5. Uygulama izinleri (Android)

• İnternet: listelerinize ve yayınlara bağlanmak için.
• Ön plan medya servisi ve bildirim: yalnızca "Arka planda dinle" açıkken, uygulamadan çıkınca sesin sürmesi ve bildirimden durdurulabilmesi için.
• Şifresiz (http) bağlantıya izin verilir, çünkü birçok sağlayıcı yayınlarını yalnızca http ile sunar.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir. Ebeveyn kilidi (PIN) ve profil kilidi ile belirli kategoriler kilitlenebilir.

7. Verilerinizi silme

Cihazdaki tüm verileri silmek için uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir. Önbellek Ayarlar > Genel > Rahatlama'dan, listeler liste kartındaki menüden silinebilir. Neva hesabı açtıysanız onu Hesabım > Hesabı sil ile silin (uygulamayı kaldırmak hesabı silmez) ya da privacy@nevaplayer.com adresine yazın (1a).

8. Veri satışı, reklam ve profil çıkarma

Kişisel veri satmıyor, kiralamıyor, takas etmiyoruz. Reklam ağı, veri aracısı ya da analiz şirketiyle çalışmıyoruz. İzleme alışkanlıklarınızdan profil çıkarmıyoruz; zaten bu bilgiler cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

9. Resmî makam talepleri

Neva Player, kullanıcıların listelerini, izlediklerini ya da IP adreslerini içeren bir kayıt tutmaz ve bir sunucuda saklamaz. Hesap açmayan bir kullanıcı için bir mahkeme, kolluk ya da başka bir makam talep etse bile verebileceğimiz bir kayıt bulunmaz. Hesap açan kullanıcı için elimizdeki tek kayıt 1a'daki hesap bilgileri (e-posta, ad, hesap kimliği, tarihler) ve eşitlemeyi açtıysa 1b'deki şifreli kopyadır; kopya kullanıcının parolasıyla şifreli olduğundan içeriğini biz de veremeyiz. Yasal olarak zorunlu olmadıkça hiçbir kullanıcı bilgisini paylaşmayız.

10. Haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve taşıma haklarınız vardır. Cihazınızdaki veriler için bu hakların hepsini uygulama içinden (düzenle, sil, yedekle) ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak doğrudan kullanabilirsiniz. Neva hesabınızı Hesabım'da görebilir ve Hesabı sil ile silebilirsiniz; hesap bilgilerinizin bir kopyası ya da diğer talepler için privacy@nevaplayer.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Bize e-postayla yazdıysanız, yazışmanın silinmesini de aynı adresten isteyebilirsiniz.

11. Güvenlik

Şifreler ve listeler cihazın güvenli deposunda şifreli tutulur, yedekler sizin belirlediğiniz parolayla şifrelenir, hata kayıtlarında adresler gizlenir. Hiçbir yöntem kusursuz değildir; cihazınızın güvenliği (kilit ekranı, güncellemeler) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayımlar, tarihini değiştiririz. Hesaba ya da eşitlemeye yeni veri ekleyen bir özellik gelirse, hangi verinin neden tutulduğu burada önceden anlatılır.

Neva ("the app") is a player for your own M3U, Xtream or Stalker (portal) playlists. It does not provide, sell or host any content, channels or subscriptions.

1. Data we collect

If you use Neva without an account we do not collect any personal data, do not send it to our servers, and do not share it with third parties. An account is optional: if you sign in with Google on Android, only the account details in section 1a are stored. There is no advertising or tracking; on Android, anonymous usage counters are sent only if you allow it (1c).

1a. Neva account (optional, Sign in with Google)

Android phones and tablets offer "Sign in with Google"; it is not required, and every feature works without an account. If you sign in:

• What: the email address and name Google shares with us, the account ID assigned to you (a random identifier), and when the account was created and last signed in.
• Why: only to recognise you and manage your account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): performance of a contract). We do not use it for advertising, analytics or profiling.
• Where: Google's Firebase Authentication service (Google LLC / Google Ireland). Servers may be outside your country. While you sign in, Google processes your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy.
• Not sent: your playlists, playlist addresses, usernames and passwords, favorites, watch history and resume positions are never sent to the account; they stay on your device.
• How long: until you delete the account. You can permanently delete it at any time in My account > Delete account; if you cannot reach the app, email privacy@nevaplayer.com from the address you signed in with and it will be deleted within 30 days. Signing out does not delete the account.

1c. Anonymous usage statistics (optional, Android only)

The app asks once; it is off by default. If you allow it:

• What is sent: how many times each feature is used per week (app start; playing live TV, a movie or a series; TV guide; search; multi-view; picture-in-picture), the app version, the device type (phone/tablet or TV) and the app language.
• What is not sent: channel, movie, series or playlist names, addresses, account details, location, advertising ID.
• How: under a random install number generated on the device, not linked to your account; at most once a day to Google Firebase Firestore (Europe region). Nobody can read these records through the app; we only look at aggregate numbers to decide what to improve. Google sees your IP address while sending.
• How long / how to stop: turn it off at any time in Settings > Usage statistics; the counters this install sent are then deleted and the install number is forgotten.

1b. Cloud sync (optional, end-to-end encrypted)

If you have a Neva account you can turn on cloud sync in My account; unless you do, no playlist data goes to the cloud.

• What syncs: playlists added by address (including address, username and password), favorites and folders, watch history, resume positions, watched marks, hidden categories and per-playlist settings (channel names, order, guide mapping). Playlists added from a file, the PIN, theme and player settings do not sync. Only the first profile's data syncs.
• How it is protected: this data is encrypted on your device with a key derived from a sync password you choose (PBKDF2 + AES-256-GCM) and stored as a single encrypted copy in Google Firebase Firestore (Europe region). The password and key are never sent to us or Google; neither we nor Google can read the contents. The server only sees the copy's size and when it was updated.
• How long: until you reset sync or delete your account. If you forget the password the copy cannot be recovered, only reset (the data on your devices stays). Deleting the account deletes the copy too.

2. Data stored on your device

The following stays on your device only and never reaches us:

• Your playlists (M3U URL, Xtream server, username and password; for a Stalker portal, the portal address and device/MAC address) and any program guide (EPG) URL you enter. Passwords and playlists are encrypted in the device's secure storage (Windows: DPAPI, Android: Keystore).
• Favorites, watch history, resume positions, parental PIN, settings. If you use several profiles, favorites, history and resume positions are kept separately per profile; deleting a profile deletes its records.
• Playlist and image cache (for fast startup; the playlist cache contains no passwords).
• An error log (neva_errors.log) with the error type, a short sanitized description and code locations. Addresses, name=value parts such as usernames/passwords, domain names, IP and MAC addresses are masked before writing. It never leaves the device.
• When you pause live TV, the paused part of the stream is kept in the device's temporary folder (up to ~1 GB) and deleted when you change channel or close the player.

On Android this data is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.

3. Servers the app connects to

The app connects only to the servers of the playlist you added: the playlist file, Xtream account/catalog data, streams, program guide (EPG) and channel logos; posters, backdrops and plots in the movie showcase also come from the provider's own info service. Those servers can see your IP address and the app's User-Agent, as with any internet connection. Their privacy practices are the responsibility of the respective provider. Some providers use unencrypted (http) connections; data sent over those is not encrypted on the network. If you add a Stalker portal, the device (MAC) address you enter is sent only to that portal so it can recognise you.

License check: the Microsoft Store version asks Microsoft Store's own service for the trial/purchase status; the Google Play version (Android TV Premium) asks Google Play's own service. This happens between the store and your store account; nothing reaches us. Purchases are handled by the store under its own privacy policy. Movie and series information (Wikidata): when you open a movie or series detail window, only the title (or the provider's movie ID) is looked up on Wikidata (wikidata.org), the open database of the Wikimedia Foundation, to fill in details the provider did not supply (cast, director, critic scores, IMDb link); if the provider gives no plot, the film's Wikipedia summary (tr/en.wikipedia.org) is fetched. Your account, playlist address and watch history are never sent. Like any server, Wikidata can see your IP address. Results are stored on your device and not requested again for the same title. If you tap an actor or director in that window, only that person's name (or Wikidata ID) is looked up; for their profile, the Wikipedia summary (tr/en.wikipedia.org) and photo from Wikimedia Commons (commons.wikimedia.org, upload.wikimedia.org, thumb.wikimedia.org) are also fetched. Matching their works against your playlist happens entirely on your device, and your playlist is never sent. You can turn this off in Settings > Movie and series information.

If you choose to open a trailer or an IMDb page, that site (YouTube, IMDb) opens in your device's app or browser.

If you sign in with Google or delete your account, the app also connects to Google's sign-in and Firebase Authentication servers, and to Firebase Firestore if cloud sync is on (1a, 1b). Apart from these, the app connects to no other server (no ads, no analytics, none of ours).

4. Sharing you start yourself

• Report a problem: the app prepares a report text and copies it to the clipboard; you decide whether and to whom to send it. Optionally it includes the app version, operating system and recent error entries (URLs masked); playlist URLs, usernames and passwords are never included. If the app recorded an error, it asks on the next start whether you want to report it; nothing is sent unless you do.
• Fill from phone (QR): when adding a playlist on a TV or computer, scanning the on-screen QR code sends the playlist details from your phone directly to that device over the same Wi-Fi (not over the internet). The connection is protected by a one-time random key in the QR code but travels unencrypted (http) inside your network, so use it only on a network you trust.
• Continue on TV: the ID, title and position of what you are watching are sent to your TV on the same Wi-Fi; playlist address, username and password are never sent. The TV looks the item up in its own saved playlist and asks before playing. While open, the TV app listens for these requests on your local network.
• Backup: copies a backup of your playlists and favorites, encrypted with a password you choose, to the clipboard. We never have the password.

5. App permissions (Android)

• Internet: to connect to your playlists and streams.
• Foreground media service and notifications: only when "Listen in background" is on, so audio continues after you leave the app and can be stopped from the notification.
• Unencrypted (http) connections are allowed because many providers serve streams only over http.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children. Categories can be locked with a parental PIN and profile locks.

7. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app deletes all data on the device. The cache can be cleared in Settings > General, and playlists can be removed from the playlist card menu. If you created a Neva account, delete it in My account > Delete account (uninstalling does not delete it) or email privacy@nevaplayer.com (1a).

8. No selling, advertising or profiling

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not work with ad networks, data brokers or analytics companies. We do not build profiles from your viewing habits; that information never leaves your device.

9. Requests from authorities

Neva Player keeps no records of users' playlists, viewing or IP addresses and stores none on any server. For users without an account, even if a court, law enforcement or other authority requests it, we have no records to provide. For users with an account, the only record we hold is the account data in 1a (email, name, account ID, dates) and, if sync is on, the encrypted copy in 1b, whose contents we cannot provide because it is encrypted with the user's password. Unless legally required, we share no user information.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of and port your personal data. For data on your device you can exercise all of these rights directly in the app (edit, delete, back up) or by uninstalling it. You can see your Neva account in My account and delete it with Delete account; for a copy of your account data or any other request, email privacy@nevaplayer.com. If you emailed us, you can ask for that correspondence to be deleted at the same address.

11. Security

Passwords and playlists are encrypted in the device's secure storage, backups are encrypted with a password you choose, and URLs are masked in error logs. No method is perfect; the security of your device (screen lock, updates) is your responsibility.

12. Changes

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page and change the date. If a feature adds new data to the account or to sync, what is stored and why will be described here first.
